The Salt Water Villa Greenspond
As soon as we drove over the causeway to the Island of Greenspond Newfoundland, we knew we were coming to a special place. There it sat in the perfect location, the yellow and turquoise saltbox on the oceans edge, “The Salt Water Villa”. Bright and inviting with flower boxes in the window. Josephine Kelly-Janes and her husband Albert greeted us and showed us around their little piece of paradise. Within the villa are antique and vintage items displayed throughout, it truly is like stepping back in time! The Island of Greenspond is a beautiful place with a walking trail right around the island. We would say this is not just a place to stay, this is a experience.
